Acceptable, but some improvements needed
limited breadunclean pool
I encountered several issues . The breakfast was not good with very little variety, especially the limited bread options. The coffee machine dispensed mostly water. The outdoor pool was unclean with floating debris. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

The location was acceptable, quite near the beach.
The dispensers for shampoo and body wash did NOT work. When they did, it did not wash properly. I suggest bringing your own toiletries. The staff often acted like they were doing me a FAVOR when I asked for something. The bar staff was rude, even turning off the lights during a paid pool game and leaving without a word.

The location is great. It is close to the beach. The rooms are a good size. There were four of us, and we were all comfortable. The entertainment crew offered many activities for ALL ages. Yadiel is fantastic with the kids.
The patio door would NOT lock. The sofas are worn. The drying rack was broken.

The rooms are super clean and cozy with nice decor. My room was spacious and well-kept, exactly as shown in the photos, so i felt at home immediately. The hotel provides free parking.

The food selection was good, with enough variety to satisfy everyone. I found the food to be consistently tasty and fresh at the Aqua Bar. The Piri Piri restaurant is DELICIOUS!!! The Teppanyaki experience is excellent.

The front desk exhibited excellent service. Several receptionists were friendly and offered useful local recommendations, they also were accommodating. I also appreciated that the room had a functional kitchenette with all necessary equipment for meal preparation. The hotel included a water slide at the pool. It provided entertainment for children .
The gym had a limited number of machines, I noticed it was not enough, considering the amount of hotel guests.

The hotel is near several shops and restaurants. I observed many dining options, all within a short walking distance. The beach access is very convenient for quick visits to the waterfront. The location was perfect!

The hotel staff maintained a high standard of service throughout my stay. The housekeeping team ensured the rooms were super clean, I noticed the room was cleaned daily. I found the service very pleasant.
